Dr. Levy has published a book through Johns Hopkins University Press (http://press.jhu.edu) called Take Control of Your Drinking...And You May Not Need to Quit. This book walks a person through the process of change and helps the individual to decide how to address a drinking problem, whether this is by learning how to moderate drinking, or by abstaining from alcohol completely. As there are many paths to recovery, people are given the freedom to decide the best and most appropriate path for them. The book is available at local book stores, through Johns Hopkins, and on Amazon.
